Delivery
We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner, as we start up the business we will only be shipping on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you need your order urgently, please email hello@therarehoneycompany.co.uk.
Delivery time is usually between 1-2 days from shipping confirmation.
Please include your email address and contact number when ordering so you can track your order through the system.
We offer free shipping for all orders over £65.00
If your order has not arrived 5 working days after you receive shipping confirmation from us please email us at hello@therarehoneycompany.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
Order damage during delivery
Firstly, apologies for this. If you could please email us at hello@therarehoneycompany.co.uk with your order number and we'll get this replaced for you.
International delivery

We are happy to arrange delivery on a request basis anywhere in the world. Please send us an email at hello@therarehoneycompany.co.uk and we'll see if we can help.
Exchange or return
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase please return the unopened item to the address below and we will process a refund for you.
We can only accept unopened items unless the item itself is defective. Please note that crystallising or splitting of our creamed honey is not deemed to be a defect. This is the honey's natural reaction to changes in the weather. Please email us at hello@therarehoneycompany.co.uk for tips on how to prevent this or bring your honey back to it's liquid self.
Please contact us at hello@therarehoneycompany.co.uk with your order number prior to sending your items back. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of the date you received them.
Please obtain proof of postage as this will be required should your return be delayed or go missing. We can not be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or any delay in your return reaching us.
Once we have received your return we will aim to process your request within 14 days. We will notify you via email and any payment will be refunded to you via your original payment method within 30 days.
